Ryan Wesson

Clinical Director & Lead Physiotherapist

Ryan leads our Falkirk clinic day to day. He initially graduated Strathclyde University in 2017 with a 2:1 in Sport & Physical Activity before joining Glasgow Caledonian University’s post-graduate Physiotherapy programme, graduating in 2021 with a 2:1. He spent 6 weeks on placement at Physioflexx Ayrshire before joining the team full time straight after graduating, building his early experience before opening the Falkirk clinic in February 2024.

He takes the time to listen properly. Ryan believes a good assessment starts with understanding the whole picture, how a problem affects your work, your training and your everyday life, not just the part that hurts. From there, he works with you on a plan that’s clear, realistic and built around you.

Clinically, Ryan has a particular interest in shoulder, hip and ankle problems, drawing on hands-on treatment, movement work and structured rehabilitation to help reduce pain and rebuild confidence in how you move. A former national junior tennis player who has completed three marathons, he understands the demands of sport first-hand.
