Fair, transparent fees for physiotherapy in Falkirk
We think you should know what to expect before you walk through the door, so we keep things straightforward. You will be seen by a Chartered Physiotherapist registered with the HCPC, in an appointment with enough time to actually understand what is going on.
What your appointment includes
- A full conversation about your symptoms, your history, and what you want to get back to
- A hands-on clinical assessment to understand what is going on
- Treatment within the session, which may include manual therapy, exercise, or advice
- A clear plan and exercises you can take away and use at home
- Time to ask questions, so you leave understanding why we are doing what we are doing

How to pay
We typically ask for payment via BACs transfer, however also accept card and cash payments in clinic. Details of payment methods will be found on your booking confirmation email. If you are claiming through Bupa, let us know by choosing the private insurance physiotherapy option when you book so we can support your claim correctly.
Cancellation policy
We hold your appointment time just for you, so if your plans change we ask for reasonable notice to cancel or rearrange. A late cancellation or missed appointment may be charged. We will explain our current notice period clearly when you book.
