About us
We are a private physiotherapy clinic on Callendar Business Park in Falkirk, run by Chartered Physiotherapists registered with the HCPC. We opened here in February 2024, and since then we have built our days around one idea: give people the time, the attention, and the honest answers they came looking for.
Most people arrive carrying more than a sore shoulder or a stiff knee. They bring the frustration of a problem that has dragged on, a holiday they are worried about, a sport they have stepped back from, or a job that has started to hurt. We listen to all of it before we do anything else.
That listening shapes how we work. We take the time to understand what brought you in and what you want back. We assess you as an individual, hands-on, looking for the real source of the problem rather than the loudest symptom. We explain what we find in plain terms, not jargon, and we keep you informed at every step, because a plan you understand is a plan you can stick with.
People come to us for the everyday aches and the stubborn injuries alike: the back that locks up at the desk, the shoulder that will not lift, the knee that has not been right since a fall, the niggle that keeps interrupting training. We see acute injuries, long-standing problems, post-surgical recovery, and pain that is harder to put a name to.
Our services include physiotherapy, sports massage, acupuncture and dry needling, shockwave therapy, and objective movement and strength testing. We also offer physio-led Pilates through our sister studio, Flexx Studio, which runs mat-based classes.
We give every appointment room to breathe. A longer, unhurried session means we can examine properly, talk through your options, and begin treatment without watching the clock. Rushed physiotherapy tends to chase symptoms; we would rather look for the cause.
Our treatment usually blends hands-on work with exercise you can carry into daily life. You are a partner in this, not a passenger. When you understand your own recovery, you can make better decisions about it. Please remember that information on this page is general and is not a substitute for individual assessment.
