Ryan graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2021 and began his career working within Physioflexx’s Ayrshire clinics, where he developed extensive experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions.

In February 2024, he brought the Physioflexx philosophy to Falkirk, opening the clinic with the aim of providing high-quality, supportive physiotherapy to the local community. 

Ryan enjoys working with people of all ages and activity levels, helping them reduce pain, improve movement, and return to the activities that matter most to them. He believes in keeping rehabilitation simple, with clear and effective treatment plans. His clinical interests include shoulder, hip, and ankle conditions.

Outside the clinic, Ryan enjoys staying active through running, tennis, and padel. A former national junior tennis player, he has also completed three marathons — although these days padel is quickly becoming his favourite sport.

Hayley graduated from Queen Margaret University in 2023 and began her career as a rotational physiotherapist within the NHS. During this time, she gained valuable experience across several departments, including musculoskeletal (MSK), paediatrics, orthopaedics, ageing and health, and respiratory care.

She joined the Physioflexx Falkirk team in June 2025 to further develop her private MSK practice and quickly became an integral part of the clinic, moving into a full-time role in February 2026. 

Hayley enjoys the personable side of physiotherapy, working closely with patients to improve their movement, reduce pain, and help them return to the activities they enjoy. Her clinical interests include knee injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and nerve-related pain.

Outside the clinic, Hayley enjoys running, going to the gym, and has even competed in a Hyrox event. She also loves spending time outdoors walking her Lhasa Apso, FooFoo.
