Hayley Burgess

Chartered Physiotherapist

Hayley graduated from Queen Margaret University in 2023 and brings a broad NHS foundation to the team. Her rotational background spans MSK, paediatrics, orthopaedics, ageing and health, and respiratory care, experience that’s given her real breadth in her clinical reasoning and a genuinely person-centred way of working.

She joined PhysioFlexx Falkirk in 2025 and is now a full-time part of the team. People value her calm, methodical approach and the care she takes to explain what’s going on in plain terms, so you always understand the thinking behind your plan.

Hayley has a particular interest in knee problems, post-operative rehabilitation and nerve-related pain, areas where steady, well-structured rehab can support a good recovery. Outside the clinic, she is a Hyrox competitor.
